ParamountOOP
As sellers and collector's go, finding hard to find stuff at Big Lots have become a regular staple of required searching. Once in a while a huge crop of out of print stuff will come to Big Lots in large amounts or you may find the occasional title that seems random. And these are usually at good prices starting around $3.00 each. Before Christmas Big Lots got a large amount of titles from both Paramount and Warner Brothers that all seemed to have long and short term potential for gaining value. Other titles seemed over-saturated where a much longer period of time would be needed to appreciate in value. But not every title makes the "collectible" or "must-have" status that titles like some of the older Image stuff or even the first time Paramount had a large discontinuation of titles (which never seemed to have a dumping of any sorts - check out the list of Paramount titles and none ever seemed to have a warehouse dump).
Recently, after the holidays, these titles did not show up at Big Lots, but directly on Amazon and with it, more titles that were not at Big Lots. The list is quite large with some 100 titles and it seems to be growing nearly every day. A forum discussion popped up suddenly as more titles became discovered. These came in varying amounts and so some of the "hotter" or harder-to-find titles came and went without blinking, and yet others remains in copious supply. Its up to you to determine which are the best ones to get, or if you missed them before, they are here once more. The list represents the titles that have come to Amazon in the past few weeks, whether available or not. I am not noting quantities or anything more than their presence and because they are out of print. Again, many of these showed up at Big Lots, so there is a chance you can still get some of these cheaper than here on Amazon. The list comes from MMM and stock status can change at any point, but I felt it was a necessary reference for all of us to utilize. They are listed in alphabetical order so that it may be easier to locate specific titles. Regardless of quantity, they all do seem to be in limited supply.
