Rareoopdvds.com realizes that making purchases online requires trust. We value and respect our customer’s privacy. Only the information necessary to fulfill the order will be requested and shared only to the credit card company for verifications purposes.

By ordering with rareoopdvds.com, you are maintaining that you are of the age 18 years or older and that you are authorizing to charge your credit card for the amount of the order. All orders are by credit card only. A valid and current email address is mandatory for purposes of communication of the status of your order, billing and invoice purposes and any questions before and after the order is shipped.

Rareoopdvds.com uses cookies to store data about your current session and to maintain logins between sessions. Your data is not and will be not used for outside advertisers for marketing data or research. Rareoopdvds.com may use this data for its own purposes to serve our users better.

 

Private and Personal Data

The data provided by our users either by email, forms or other means shall be available only to Rareoopdvds.com, and will not be sold, distributed or published to any third-party vendors.

 

Security

Rareoopdvds.com takes security seriously and with exchanging money we know you take security just as serious. Our shopping cart is handled by an experienced shopping cart company, FoxyCart where all transactions are taken on a sercure server.  FoxyCart provides a secure environment to make safe transactions over SSL and complies with Safe Harbor practices.

 

Shipping Rates

We will ship to domestic and international areas.

All DVD’s are shipped Priority Mail  or Priority International Mail through the USPS for fastest and most reliable shipping. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. Insurance available upon request.

All items are calculated based on location and will appear at the end of checkout.

Multiple items ordered are subject to combined shipping fees of $1.00 domestic each additional item and $2.00 international each additional item.

Rareoopdvds.com is not responsible for items lost in the mail due to an error in address. Additional shipping fees will incur in the event of re-shipping an item. We are not responsible for the time USPS takes to deliver the item. While they are usually reliable and items should reach you within 4-6 days from the time of the order, we recognize there are variables out of our control. Rareoopdvds.com is not responsible for mishandling of items once it is in the hands of the USPS.

For international customers, Rareoopdvds.com is not responsible for any customs declarations fees, nor for any items held by customs for any reasons.

 

All items are shipped within 48 hours.

 

Return and Refund Policies

 

All items are in stock. We do not drop ship or pre-order any items. All items are brand new, unless noted in the description. Items in stock are limited and stock quantities are noted on the product page. DVD’s offered and sold through Rareoopdvds.com are Region 1 NTSC format designed for play on US and Canadian DVD players.

 

All sales are final.

Returns are not acceptable due to player incompatibility, nor for dislike, disapproval or offense of movie, contents or cover art.

Returns are not acceptable for USPS mishandling or DVD's become loose during transit. 

Items cannot be canceled once order is made.

Returns are acceptable if the item received differs from item represented within 15 days of order date.

Returns are acceptable due to manufacturer defects (unless noted in advance in description of condition).

Because we deal primarily with items that are no longer in circulation, items cannot be replaced due to defects on merchandise, but can be offered credit or refund (minus shipping) upon return and inspection of the item.

Items cannot be returned or refunded if DVD is opened.
